NP Dodge Celebrates Their Newest and Largest Sales Office with Ribbon Cutting
Omaha, Nebraska – NP Dodge Real Estate celebrated the opening of 204Dodge, its newest and largest technologically-advanced residential sales office, with a ribbon cutting and open house today. The new office is located at 613 N 204th Ave. Cir., just off the West Dodge Expressway and across from Menards.
The grand opening festivities began at 2:00 p.m. with a ribbon cutting and a plaque presented by Jenni Chleboun, President of Western Douglas County Chamber to Nancy Bierman, 204Dodge Broker Manager. Comments were given by guest speaker David Brown, President and CEO of the Greater Omaha Chamber; Nate Dodge, President of NP Dodge Company; Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales and Nancy Bierman. Other special guests included N.P. "Sandy" Dodge IV; Kate Dodge; Marty Bilek, Mayor Stothert’s Chief of Staff; Franklin Thompson, City Council Member-District #6; Randy Palandri, The Architectural Offices; Scott Kennedy and Eric Carlson, Carlson Kennedy Construction; businesses from the surrounding community, NP Dodge management, sales associates, clients and family.
Nate Dodge started it off by saying, “...our newest and largest sales office. It is just a little different than our others because we are constantly trying to improve...has the best environment to deliver the best possible service...I frankly and fundamentally believe we have and always will judge the NP Dodge Company’s success by the success of you, our partners, the sales associates.”

NP Dodge now has four offices positioned along Dodge Street—35Dodge, 129Dodge, 133Dodge and 204Dodge, located at the ‘Gateway to Omaha’. It’s home to 137 sales associates and three full-time office admin. With just under 12,000 sq. ft., 204Dodge provides the convenience of real estate, builder, financial and title services. Some of the features include public Wi-Fi, large open workspace, and computers in every conference room. The new office provides both an in-house First National Bank mortgage specialist and NP Dodge Title Services representatives.
