NP Dodge Celebrates 2013: Carl Christian Sr. Receives Phil Dodge Award

At the annual NP Dodge Awards ceremony held on Thursday, February 13, at Aksarben Cinema, Carl Christian Sr. was honored with the Phil Dodge Award. Each year one special agent is chosen for this coveted award for his/her commitment to customer service, professional ethics, community involvement, and as Phil Dodge himself once said ”...Service over self”.

Nate Dodge spoke of Carl’s many accomplishments. In his speech, Nate said, “...As a dedicated husband and father he has demonstrated the value of community involvement throughout the years and worked hard to pass on these values. Carl has been involved in numerous civic, community, and professional organizations as well as numerous church committees in various capacities....North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance, NeighborWorks Omaha, African-American Empowerment Network, Deacon of Salem Baptist Church and Assistant Ministry Leader...”.

Past Phil Dodge award recipients include Candy Narmi, Mary Egger, Tom Helligso, John Kraemer, Marylou Bell, Mary Rosenthal, Judy Nelson, Teri Dennhardt and Sharon Marvin. This is the tenth year that the Phil Dodge Award has been given to a worthy recipient.

The NP Dodge Awards Celebration each year recognizes the hard work and accomplishments of their agents. The event showcases the top teams and individuals for production and closed units. The closed unit winners were Omaha’s Elite Real Estate Group (Top Mega Team Award, Lakeside office), The Jeff Rensch Group (Top Team Award, 129Dodge office) and Walt Slobotski (Top Individual Award, 204Dodge office).
